Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Aricha is sourced from the legendary coffee region of Yirgacheffe, where coffee cultivation is deeply woven into the culture and history. Grown at high elevations in rich, fertile soil, these heirloom Arabica beans are carefully handpicked and naturally processed—a traditional method that allows the fruit to dry on the bean, enhancing its vibrant and fruity characteristics.
